After first 2 uses the ink doesn’t come out anymore went through 4 pencils in like a week .. can’t have then in pocket because the lid falls off all the time . Then it smells like permanent marker. I’ gave this brand a chance and I think a regular other pen from pacinos lasts about 4 weeks when I go through like 2 of these in a week they always dry up and come out light . Need to definitely work on the product more

After seeing numerous negative reviews of similar products, I opted for the Striking Viking version as I have used other products of theirs and had some hope their beard filler would actually perform. Not to be. As many other users have stated, the pens dry out after only a very short time and no efforts to revive them were successful, although the instructions were followed to a "T". The first of the two pens in the package worked for about thirty seconds before becoming totally nonfunctional. Replacing the tips as instructed worked for only a few strokes. After giving up all hope on the first pen, attempts to use the second pen in the package proved no better.Whatever the reason for the essentially total failure of this product, it has to be corrected before anyone can have any real confidence in this item. As is, it seems to rank right down there with all the other similar products as far as performance goes. Not surprisingly, this SV item is made in you-know-where (crap product capital of the world as it seems) where quality control has gone to die. Only recourse now is to try to find another brand of beard filler that actually works and lasts a respectable amount of time given the cost.
