Excellent construction
3rd knife bought from this brand and been impressed by all of them. Very good fit and finish that rivals more expensive knives. The wood scales are flush with the bolster and finished with a light varnish or oil. The grind on the blade has crisp straight lines, a nice satin finish and even, with no discernible dips, perfectly flat. Even the swedge, which many makers seem to botch, is evenly ground. Took mine apart to clean and oil (also curious to see construction details): the tang has milled pockets for the bearings, and a stop pin is pressed on it for a cleaner look and smooth riding on the liner channel. The liners are fully skeletonized - even the lock bar. The flipper talon on the blade has chamfered edges and 3 lines of jimping for a positive grip, sending out the blade open smoothly and fast.Didn't expect much from a $20 knife, but this brand is one to be on the lookout for; might be the next Civivi.

Great Purchase
I wanted a relatively cheap pocket knife for EDC. Something quick open. This knife by Flissa was perfect it looks great, lightweight, good steel, came pretty damn sharp and is all around fantastic.I'll see how long it lasts, but if it keeps up with me I'll become a lifelong customer.

Seems good for my needs
I am not a knife expert, so take everything I have to say with a grain of salt. I needed a replacement for an inexpensive, constant carry pocket knife I had lost. Shopping I was amazed at how expensive knives could be, and how little I understood of what the purveyors were telling me about their products. This FLISSA D2 Steel Pocket Knife seemed to be described as having the things that I liked in a everyday carry knife, and the price was very reasonable. Several reviewers have remarked that the pocket clip was inadequate or broke right away. I don't like pocket clips, so that was immaterial to me. However I will say the one on the knife I received was only loosely screwed on, which just made it easier for me to take off. The clip does feel to me heavy and substantial enough for its purpose though.. One video reviewer demonstrated extreme sharpness right out of the package. The one I got was not that sharp, but took a very sharp edge with only very light work. One feature that I was looking for which this particular model has is the tang on the back edge of the handle end of the blade which can be used to unfold the blade very quickly and easily. It works as well as the one on the knife I had lost did, and I am pleased with that. It is very lightweight and unobtrusive in my pocket, exactly what I wanted. I have not had it long enough to comment on its durability, but I haven't see any obvious shortcomings. And I do not yet know how long it will hold its edge.

Love FLISSA!!!
Love this knife " FLISSA", the only thing is that it's hard to flick it open. I adjusted it and put knife oil, still does same thing. Hopefully I just need to break it in more. Thanks 😊.

FLISSA D2 pocket knife
Purchased for a son. Feels to be balanced well when holding it and is easy to open. Blade size is good. Sharpness is good. G. Son really likes this pocket knife.

Nice knife but spring is too weak
The knife works well when it's opened and stays closed as it should, but the assisted opening doesn't always work because the assisting spring is too weak. It will sometimes fully open with spring assistance if the blade is at the right angle for gravity to do most of the work or if you're flicking your wrist. It seems like the strength of the wrist flick required is comparable to an unassisted knife. My other assisted open knives seem to be able to fully open under spring power if they're partially opened with the nub and there's nothing blocking the blade from opening fully.

Good blade, and easy to open
This knife is fairly lightweight, has a convenient pocket/belt clip, and arrived super-sharp. I tested the edge by easily shaving a small patch of leg hair. The lockback mechanism is not the easiest to release, but the stlye of it makes it very easy to open with a raised finger-pull. Once you get the hang of it it's almost as fast as a switchblade would be.It's made from D2 steel, which can be very tough, and can hold an edge very well. There is some poorly prepared "D2" steel on the market (not properly heat treated) and I haven't had it long enough to learn whether this is premium D2 or another level of quality that might not hold the edge so well.
