I'm using these to attach nylon straps for home gym application. I put a couple of eye-bolts in a main beam and have "gymnastic rings straps" trough the delta rings that are attached to the eye-bolts. They are sturdy and work fine for this application. I checked a couple of local stores and this type of link was not available. 5/16" is the perfect size for a 1.5" wide strap.

nice, heavy duty but the treads and a bit mushed and got stuck closed after i hung about 20lbs from the set. had to open with a pipe wrench.

Shoulder strap hardware replacement
Great replacement for original wire shoulder strap attachment hardware. Stays in place better and doesn't cut into webbing
