Love concept and product, and the robot works like a horse, but you definitely need to give it a rest and change your microfiber pads more often with dirty windows. My only concern is the quality of remote control is poor and already broken after 2nd use. Motor is loud. it gets the job done and help to reach higher windows removing the ladder out of the picture which is great. Maybe future products will have less quiet motor and more reliable remote control.
