Works but will have a big drop in volume with both connected
Splitting the audio source passively like this will drop the volume, not an issue if you can boost it back up enough but something to consider. The sound quality is unaffected. The build quality is not terrible, but I feel like if it's moved around a lot it will eventually break. The wires feel very thin with no stress relief at the ends, so it's likely a weakpoint.I use it to split the audio to speakers and headphones for easy switching without unplugging.

We can both use our under pillow Roberts speakers ๐....from the same Sounds source.....over night listening to Radio 4 extra.....at the level we each need to listen. Great ๐ ๐ ๐
