clean, exciting and werewolves
Did you ever get caught reading those stories that come through in tick tok and suddenly get sucked in, just for them to say subscribe to this online site and you can read the rest? Well now you have a just as exciting book as anything I have seen randomly cross my interwebs viewing. Best of all it’s clean, complete and has a ending that makes all the turmoil worth while!

Good story, needs technical editing
3.75 Note before you start this that it is fairly rough in terms of technical editing. There are some misspellings, incorrect punctuation and duplicated phrases. I was glad I had read that in other reviews before I started the book so I was able to ignore the errors and focus on the story. My four star rating is rounding up. I enjoyed the story and do recommend it, but there were some points toward the end where I just wanted to yell at the FMC. Again, I had read that in other reviews, so was not too surprised when I got there. Overall, an enjoyable, non-spicy werewolf story with an interesting FMC finding her pack and learning to lead after years of abuse growing up.

Wow
This book was amazing. The characters all come right off the pages. Found it hard to put down. I think you will all love it too

pretty good but gaps
Great love story but gaps. I’m sure this would be great for 12-14 year olds but Annabelle was definitely scarred by her time with the Leftens. But all of the sudden she’s got her parents back and she’s healed? Also her parents are happy and without issues (they were kept and tortured for 12 years). I would love to read about Xavier’s mate but I’m afraid it will make me cringe again.

It starts off slow, but once we get past understanding the extent of her background it becomes a page turner!

unique twist
I really enjoyed how Annabelle progressed through the story. Her abuse made her stronger and more resilient. Finding her mate, but having no idea about wolves was interesting. She took to the information almost too easily. I didn’t think the logic behind her being housed at the abusive human home made sense. The little details made for a great story… like why when she had tried to escape in the past, the people who found her returned her with no emotion. There is abuse, trauma, attempted rape once, but no sex.

good read
My only problem was the abuse descriptions in the character build were too long. I almost stopped because the Luna was starting to feel too far gone. The pages would have been better filled with character development of the alpha history and their bond. Didn’t seem like the bond was strong enough for the story. All in all good read.

Poorly developed
Overall concept of the story was good. Which is why I opted to read this one. Poorly developed and written. Story kind of jumps around. Annoying main characters and really repetitive verbiage. Annabelle goes from barely functional to giving herself to the bad guy. I literally could not read the words “little mate” anymore. Finally just skipped to the last few chapters to get it done. The writing is immature, so younger readers may enjoy this more than older ones.
