This fame is as described. The size is nice and perfect for where I wanted to display it. It's large enough that you can easily watch the slideshow without it being overwhelming. Setup and use is straightforward and easy. The color and clarity are beautiful and the photos upload quickly. We have not added any videos yet but so far there hasn't been any reason for me to believe it will be any more difficult than adding photos or that the videos will not playback well. I'll update this review if we have any issues. Photo sharing is easy once you have added a friend(s) and it's simple enough to revoke those rights. The frame tells you who sent the photo(s) and that's nice. You can turn that feature off. The on screen display for settings etc... are straightforward. It's nice that you can choose display options for portrait or landscape, or fill the frame, adjust the timing for the slideshow etc... You can remove the time and weather from the frame. It's nice that you can set the times for sleep mode, including making the times different for different days of the week. This is handy with respect to a typical work week when you're gone most of the day but on Saturday and Sunday you're home most of the day, for example. The frame feels kind of cheap in your hands (but I said that about my first Galaxy phone too, so take it for what it's worth) but it looks very nice on display and the quality of the display/photos far outweighs that feeling. It would be nice if you didn't have to have it plugged in all the time, but on the flip side, it would be inconvenient to have to charge it regularly as well. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and the price was nice too. I am going to purchase a couple more for my parents - the trick will be getting them to understand how it works! lol

got one for my best friend and my gma. bestie got one for her parents. Then she got one for me ! haha now we have a ton of them and so its really nice how every time I go to send pics to the frame I can send a copy to everyone in the fam! we all love them! this is literally the perfect gift for anyone. Got someone you can't figure out what to get them for christmas? give the gift that keeps on giving! make them smile every time you send them new photos. I always smile from ear to ear every time I get new pics from my bestie on my frame. It really is great. I'm buying another one for my dad this christmas

I love having pictures displayed but also hate clutter so this was the perfect way to display my photos without the clutter of a bunch of picture frames! It was easy to set up and works perfectly so far!

Got this unit about 3 months ago and setup was quick and easy. And then it happened. We had the power go out one night without being ale to shut it down. Of course, as many have noted in their reviews, once the power is shut off before turning the picture frame off you get the Frameo splash screen but that's as far as it goes. I looked all over YT and couldn't find a solution. Other people with picture frames similar to this one said to push the reset button and maybe that would work. I couldn't find a reset button on mine and like many people either stashed my owner's manual away so I couldn't find it or tossed it after I first set it up. Well, it does have a reset button that is located deep in the hole identified as headphones. I stuck a toothpick in mine, heard a small click as the toothpick hit the reset button, and lo and behold it started working again. I had to set it back to the default settings just to make sure all was working okay. So give it a try and please don't give up as when it works it's a great digital picture frame.

Talk about making people happy this is it sending pictures on a regular basis. I feel like I’m never missing out on my grandson or any of my friends who have the code to send pictures. Definitely will buy this product again for other people.

The media could not be loaded. When I gave this digital frame to my mom, she stared at it like it had just teleported from the future. I had it all set up ahead of time, so the moment she plugged it in, photos of the grandkids started popping up—one after another. She just kept saying, “Wait, how are you doing this?” and honestly, I kind of let her think it was magic for a little while.I send photos from my phone no matter where I am—on break at work, in the middle of errands, or when I catch a funny expression from the dog. Within seconds, they show up on her frame, and she’s already texting me her commentary. It even plays little video clips, which cracked her up the first time she saw one.She keeps it on her kitchen counter in landscape mode, but it automatically flips when she turns it. She doesn’t mess with the settings, but I’ve noticed it displays the weather and time, too, which she says is actually super handy. The touchscreen is responsive, the brightness adjusts well for day or night, and it holds tons of pictures—no SD card needed, though it does support one if we ever run out of space.She said it’s her favorite gift she’s gotten “in decades,” which is saying a lot, considering we once bought her a foot spa that nearly made her cry (in a good way). This frame is the new gold standard.

The frame is very easy to setup and use. Love watching our family moments! The support is phenomenal too, almost a year later we realized that we had inadvertently thrown away the frame stand, contacted support and they sent us a new stand with ease, now that is exceptional customer service!
