Do these help with soundproofing

I believe they have some sound reduction qualities but will not cut out all sound. The spec says Sound insulating up to Dncw 37dB; You can get acoustic reduction panels to put on top. Hope this helps

Is this 10 kg per pack or tile?

10kg per pack each tile is anbout 1.5 kg

Hi can these be used outside on the ceiling of a porch on the underside of a tiled and waterproof roof or would they get ruined over time?

THEY ARE GYPSUM which will absorb moisture but coated with a plastic material. I think they should last a good while and your ceiling frame will probably corrode before they fall down! Ask the manufacturers for their advice!
