I sew commercially, will this handle thread and lots of it?

It will handle it, but you will probably have to clean the filter regularly. I imagine most of the thread will end up there. I know in my case ALL of the cat hair on house does...

Is there a difference between the eyevac evpro and just the pro, also there is no watt motor description for this product?

You didn't provide links for the products you're asking about, but I will point out that this one comes with replacement filters. I don't believe the other one does. As for watts, I believe they're all 1400 but do check it out.

Is the filter washable?

yes it is, says so in product description of the replacement filters. says to wash with mild soap and water, let dry 24 hours before using again. I also put a few drops of essential oil on the filter, smells great!

How loud is this vacuum?

I won’t deny, it’s a bit loud. About or a little less than my old dyson vacuum. But since you really only run it to vacuum up swept 🧹 up debris, it is only on for about ten to twenty seconds at a time.
