Arrived very quickly and I was surprised it was already assembled and ready to be used once the gas regulator was attached. Would certainly recommend and I am going to purchase another in the Autumn.

Great price and really quick delivery. Comes ready assembled, so you only need to connect your gas bottle and put the rear panel in place. 3 different heat settings, and really does provide a great deal of heat very quickly, so we mostly only use it on the lowest setting. My left arm and hand don't work properly and I think the bracket/panel at the back that keeps the bottle in place would be easier to attach/remove if it had screws you could actually unscrew by hand, rather than having to use a screwdriver (and would save you having to go searching for a screwdriver lol). I find the ignition switch quite difficult to operate, due to my dodgy arm, as it is quite stiff and hard to push in (although my husband finds it tricky as well). It can sometimes take several attempts before we can actually get it to light, but sometimes we manage to light it at 1st attempt. But ignoring my minor criticisms - a good buy at a good price

Having tried several different makes and models of portable gas heaters over the years, I decided to give this one a try, partly as I can no longer get the ones I used to buy but also as it was a good price..........BAD DECISION! The base plate which the gas cylinder sits on is made from a very, very flimsy sheet of metal and is definitely not designed to take a 15kg gas cylinder which when full up, weighs approx 35kgs. In addition to this, neither are the castors fit for purpose because they do not swivel or run freely due to the poor design of the base plate they are fitted to. The main problem though is the gas regulator (which is awkward to locate and turn on/off) and the ignition system which is unbelievably dangerous; i.e. it refuses to light when the cylinder is full, and suffers from the same problem when the cylinder is close to empty. As if that isn't bad enough, when it does decide to ignite you really need to stand well back otherwise you stand a good chance of a large naked flame blasting you in the face or up your arm!! How on earth is this product allowed to be sold? There's no way it should pass any safety test. PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, DO NOT BUY THIS GAS HEATER!!
