HECASA Front Bumper Compatible with 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ w/Winch Plate & D-rings Powder Coated Black Steel

I bought this bumper because I had front end frame damage that made it impossible to re-attach a new OEM bumper without a lot of cutting and welding. This one only needs the two "frame" rails to attach to, and was less expensive than OEM plastic one anyway. I did have to notch out a little bit of metal on the Jeep to get the brackets to sit right, but that may have been due to my not-quite-straightened frame. I have seen several comments on here complaining that it is not tough enough to pull another vehicle out, etc. . . . Well, yeah - it's also about a quarter of the price of one that is! It attached easily, is sturdy enough to stand on, looks half-decent, and was the least expensive option I could find. If you are expecting serious off-road, 10,000 lb winch capabilities, then you are looking in the wrong price range. For the price, this bumper seems to be built accurately, looks clean, and It is just what I was looking for.

Purchased Sep 14, 2023,HECASA Front Bumper Compatible with 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ w/Winch Plate & D-rings Powder Coated Black Steel.I purchased this to replace a damaged stock bumper cover that would have cost me almost twice as much to buy and have painted to match my jeep. I don't expect it to do any heavy duty recovery, but it should standup to light - medium usage, i.e. slow and steady pulls if stuck in snow or mud. Was relatively easy to install, one man job and it looks good. However I would recommend adding a couple coats of paint to it as the paint on it is rather thin.
