I have a 60" chest, will the xxl fit me? It only says the width is 30" whatever that means.

It's a split leather product, so no. You get it really wet and it will probably shrink down a size or three and stiffen up. Dry cleaning, probably. Unless it's got some kind of fire retardant chemicals applied to it. Check with the manufacturer for any specific cleaning instructions.
