The best Pistachio Pesto ever
I have bought this pistachio 3 times now, I cannot live without it, it is too delicious, it is not salty, it is super natural, I have tried other brands and they are very salty. I have taken it to several gatherings of friends and they all go crazy for it.

Pistachio Pesto Sauce
I'm intrigued by this pistachio pesto and could seriously eat it right out of the jar. The simple ingredient list leads to warm and assertive pistachio flavor that could be swung either sweet or savory depending on what you do with it. A single small jar is likely enough to dress a big bowl of pasta but I'd be tempted to dress it up a little. The only spice in the pesto is salt so it really is a blank canvas. As is the risk with any nut based product, I found two small shell shards in the first couple of tastes out of the jar. There also remnants of nut husk in the mix but they aren't obtrusive and actually add some texture. My plan is to try these in a variation of an olive oil pistachio cake. I'll cut some of the olive oil to accommodate the oily pistachio pesto.

Mild, but versatile spread and sauce
The flavor is pretty mellow but tasty. Pairs well with a bolder meat alongside pasta or as a spread on an appetizer or sandwich with a lot of other flavor. Good ingredients, very versatile pantry staple.

The oil has separated from the pistachios so you will need to stir it back in.
SICANIA Pistachio Pesto Sauce - 100% Italian, Healthy, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Palm Oil-Free, Sugar-Free, Ready-to-Eat - Add a Touch of Sicily to Your Meals, 180Gr (6.35oz) - Pack of 2First impressions: Two nice glass jars full of green sauce. The sauce has small chunks of the pistachio in it. The oil has separated from the pistachios so you will need to stir it back in. It smells deliciously of the oil and nuts.Installation/setup: Open and eat with a spoon or spread on crackers or bread.Final thoughts: Tasty tasty stuff. I used to make my own, but this is pretty good. I like it on bread, it really adds a nice flavor. I like pistachios anyway, they have to be my favorite nut and this tastes strongly of the nut. I like this and I’m glad I got it.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

I'm not vegan...
But I'd never know the difference if you served me this pesto. It's delicious and fresh! I paired it with tortellini, green peas and wilted spinach. It was a super easy, quick and healthy meal for the family.

Simple pure ingredients, but add some spices if you are using it in a recipe
This is about as simple and pure as you can get, ground up pistachios in sunflower oil with a little salt. That's what it taste like. It doesn't have any preservatives or artificial ingredients, so that's a good thing. I put it on some flat bread and it tasted good but bland. Plan on adding some Italian spices to it to give it a little kick.

Very good
This pistachio pesto is very good although a little bit bland. Tasting it right out of the jar with nothing else it tastes faintly of pistachios with a very faint sweetness from the pistachios themselves. There’s very little salt added to this which I’m actually very glad of. With this flavor profile, you could use this as either savory or sweet. I ended up toasting an English muffin and spreading this on with a sprinkle of garlic salt, then topped with some sliced Campari tomatoes, with a touch of salt and throwing those under the broiler. Prepared like that, this was a real treat, totally enjoyed it. I would get it again.
