It works!

I was looking for something like an acupressure massage roller, and this does not magically zap every ache, stiffness, and nerve twinge away, but it DOES HELP. The roller arrived perfectly clean, wrapped up tight in 2 layers of plastic bag. The toothed wooden beads spin on a metal rod that arrived straight but now has a very gentle C curve. I'm using it to loosen every chronically tight muscle I can reach. Thinking of getting an additional one to keep upstairs.

Not sure if it’s helping me lose weight but it definitely takes the stress off my back

Great product. I use it on my legs for pain relief and cramps that just won’t go away. It’s also great for the grooves in your shoulders.
