The 12 color #100 PROFESSIONAL SET contains: Titanium White, Ivory Black, Alizarin Crimson, Azo Orange, Naphthol Red, Azo Yellow, Phthalo Blue, Phthalo Green, Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Sienna, Raw Umber and Yellow Ochre. Q: Can I use these to sketch an underpainting to go under water mixable oils?

Yes, you can use with other oil paints, should be able to use under water mixable paints. But they are big, so unless you are painting large, you will have trouble sketching details. You can always cut off a small piece to draw finer lines, though. Good luck!

Q: Can i use these with my hands to blend on canvas to create art?

Yes you can. I prefer to blend these with my hands- they are more of an oil pastel consistency so they do blend but it does take work

Q: Do u think they would work on a wood sign and could u seal it

They probably would work on a wood sign. I found them to be rather hard and waxy compared to some of the other brands available. You can seal this with varnish the same as you would seal oil paints.
