Rubber rim allows different sized pans to be covered and sealed. I use this every day and it is an excellent purchase. Easy to clean and sturdy - I have had mine for well over a year and it is in excellent condition despite the high wear and tear. Would fully recommend.

Fantastic quality and no metal parts to rust. It's made of quite thick glass and made to last. The silicone/rubber surround fits perfectly on the top of pans, woks etc

I bought this lid along with Tefal's handle-less range of frying pans, and the combination has transformed my kitchen drawers. They take up far less space and everything is much more neat and tidy. This lid does the job of three lids combined, and best of all it actually fits! The rubbery seal slots into an assortment of pots and pans better than other generic lids I've tried (and I bought three other lids in a quest to find tops for my frying pans -- none of the others fit, even if they were the same make as the pan!).Also it's easier than traditional lids to remove from a hot pot or pan and place upside down on the countertop (to avoid spills), because you can touch the rubber a bit as you set it down -- it doesn't get as hot as do normal glass lids.I've popped it in the dishwasher many times now and it always comes out great.

I was skeptical at first but this lid is AMAZING! It allows me to save space by only having one lid instead of 3 and fits on a multitude of pans. A great, versatile product. Highly recommended!

I had a pan for 26" and 28" without cover. And it's just perfectly fit the pan.

The water where I live is quite hard and that glass lid shows the water spots much more than my other glass lids. And the rubber is difficult to wipe with a cloth. So it always looks dirty.
