I ordered these boxes of Ratio Keto protein bars for stocking stuffers for the adult stockings that I did this year and a few extra boxes for myself! These are delicious plus low carb! Any time I am craving something sweet I can eat one of these and be satisfied. You can use these on a keto diet or low carb diet or anyone with diabetes or just to save on the amount of sugar you eat. Amazon had a great value price on these. I usually buy the ratio chocolate chip cookies for when I am craving sweets but these bars will now be my choice. They are so good and you’d never know they were low sugar, low carb.

These are way better than the other Keto snacks I've tried with far less of an artificial sweetener flavor.

This is a good snack - tastes good and low in carbs. Nice to have around for something different.

I was looking forward to the Peanut Butter Almond flavor, and just didn’t taste those flavors. This whole bar has hardly any flavor nor sweetness. The low carbs attracted me, but it tasted waxy & flavorless. Will not buy again.

This is a great snack or even meal replacement. It's delicious and very filling. Love the fact that it has nearly no sugar
