I've been looking for a good menopause supplement. I've tried a few but this by far is the best. Hot flashes are very minimal. My sleep has gotten better. They are easy to swallow and have a citrus smell and taste. This is my new go to.. Worth it!!

Ever since I have started taking Nouri Daily Menopause Probiotic my menopause symptoms have diminished drastically.My energy is coming back. When I ran out I instantly felt the increase of hot flashes and roller coaster of emotions. This product works! It’s easy to swallow and smells good. For someone who smells everything before she eats it that smell is a God send. This is a good product!

Smells great but a few pills was missing center tablet also haven’t noticed any difference with hot flashes Will not order more.
