The product is excellent. Camilla and the entire Customer Service staff are superb.

No issues with fingerprint sensor, everything works as claimed.

I like these because there is no key lock, so can't be picked. I have them on all my exterior doors. Yes you can get in, but not quietly. As for the fingerprint reader, it worked fine while I was installing the lock, but doesn't recognize me in actually entering.

We have several keyless locks in our condo, that work with an app to program codes, and manage entry. These locks are 4x the cost of this lock. I wanted a keyless lock for my garage as I'm constantly going inside and out to get tools or drive our cars. What I love about this lock is the fingerprint scanner. I scanned both my right and left thumbs and it works GREAT! (so much better then my laptop!). Within 3 seconds recognizes either thumb, and I'm finding I'm never using the key pad, just the scanner.Also has an auto lock, that you can set the time delay from 10 to 99 seconds, so if you walk into the door, and just close it and walk off, within 10 seconds it will lock the door and give you a beep to know it closed correctly.easy instructions to reset the master password and set 1 time codes, or repeating codes, up to 20 finger prints and codes and that's about all we need.BTW - I ended up buying 4 of them, and all work great even in freezing weather in Chicago this winter!
