I sleep in messed up positions and this did help
I had been using a Purple pillow for a few months, but I found it started to sink down a little, which was very disappointing for the price (I paid around $200 for it! You can see it in the background in my pics). I was having still neck pain and finding it hard to sleep-- even a half-inch difference is huge when it comes to side sleeping.So I went through Reddit suggestions for different pillows and came across this one. I had my doubts because of the price and the weird shape, but I'm a weird sleeper, so I gave it a try.It inflated well out of the bag, and a queen size pillow case covers it fine (see pics). At first, I slept on it the wrong way (with the taller end at my neck-- I thought it would help because the purple pillow had been too short), but after I flipped it around and went at it from the other way (sloping down, nestled into the center), the pain was immediately gone. Even if I have to replace it every 6 months, it'll be more economical than buying a $200 pillow that needs replacing at the same rate!I'm very pleased. It also doesn't get too hot for me (a problem with a lot of memory foam pillows, and also why I went for a purple one before), and seems to keep its shape well.The only thing with the shape was that I don't sleep like the person in the picture (laying on one side, with that arm somehow bent down and then back up to lay in the nice little crevice that's built into the pillow), I stick my arm straight out from my body on the side I've laid down on, to support my head. Surprisingly, the height differential this makes doesn't impact my neck, back, or sleep. I do often wake up on my back now, which I don't mind, because it doesn't hurt!).TLDR; I sleep weirdly and usually painfully, but this pillow has fixed that and I have no regrets. Buy it.

This pillow is almost perfect bit perhaps nothing is. I have tried a bunch before choosing this one. It took sone time for the pillow to feel comfortable for my neck.I like it that there is a place for the arm and for the shoulder.All in all I would recommend it.
