Pay attention to core size when ordering. there are several standards.
Plastic strapping comes in several standard core sizes although this one was not a match for the core that I had on hand, On the other hand, I was able to reverse the spool halves and make an adapter by using a hole saw. When I order new strapping, i will be sure to get the right core size...

item was sent used. bag with hardware torn up, with nuts, bolts, and washers all over the box, with some clearly missing. parts of the item have visible signs of having been used or at least assembled. no instructions inside.
