Looks 5+ Love the glass shelves, all the mirrored surfaces and the interior lighting. I really like the time display but could take or leave the temperature.Build quality 5 I had both of my cabinets nearly totally disassembled for various reasons during installation (recessed mount) and have to say the build appears very solid.Packaging 5+ You should not have any issues with shipping damage.Customer service 5++ Almost immediate response to questions. You can even call and talk to a real person who knows answers, how novel.Warranty 5+ Glass in one of my doors was marred. I had a replacement in days. Painless interaction with Russ. Thanks.Function 4.8 These are really nitpicks but they would make a great product even better.1. The larger doors really need a soft close on the top and bottom hinges. The door will slam with only the one supplied. I added another Blumotion soft close and now it closes as it should. When paying $700 for a cabinet there is no reason to cheap out with one soft close, just include two on the large doors.2. As noted in other reviews all settings are retained on a power loss EXCEPT it reverts to *C. Ugh. I don't have mine on a switch so it's a rather minor annoyance but if for some reason I wanted it switched I would be less happy.3. The controls and digital display on the door are too bright at night. An ambient light sensor and dimming would be great.4. Speaking of too bright, squint your eyes if you open a door at night! In a perfect world the interior lights would also dim in a dark room.Would any of these shortcomings keep me from buying this cabinet again? Absolutely not! #1 is easily and inexpensively fixed and #2-#4 I can live with (I just close one eye when I open a door at night). In fact I have been informed that any new house we purchase in the future will be required to have these medicine cabinets installed.

This medicine cabinet is great and a beautiful part of our recently completed bathroom renovation. My contractor had no issues with recessed installation and the product is very high quality. The lights are bright on the inside, and the closeup mirrors inside both doors are more convenient than I thought they would be. The built-in lights on the outside are great for soft night time lighting. I haven't yet needed to use the defogger but I assume it works great, and I will update this review if it doesn't function as intended.My one improvement wish would be for the soft-close doors to be more like my soft-close kitchen cabinets or soft-close vanity doors. What I mean is that I have to be careful with these doors to lightly close them, as the soft-close feature only dampens the closing a little. In contrast, my kitchen cabinets and vanity cabinet doors can be lightly "slammed" close but the hinges will prevent the slam and gently guide the doors closed. I assume the difference is somewhat due to the weight of the medicine cabinet doors, but it hasn't been a real issue for us.I had a minor issue with a chipped piece of glass that happened in transit. I'm surprised it happened because of how well the item was packaged, but alas, freight companies find a way. I contacted the seller via Amazon and got a response back asking for additional information immediately. My bathroom renovation hit an unrelated delay and I forgot to respond to the request for information for more than a month. When I finally got around to providing the information I was outside of the return window, but DECADOM didn't even mention it. They shipped me a replacement piece that arrived within two days, which was incredible. Customer service is top notch, to go along with a high quality product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We bought two for our new bathroom. They look great! The lights around the mirrors make work well and are bright enough. The cosmetic mirror on the back of the door should be helpful. The glass shelves and bright interior light won't let anything get lost. And plenty of space inside! Apparently our wall was not perfectly flat and we're struggling a bit to get the doors to close perfectly. Nice to have the clock and thermometer. A couple suggestions: Add a switch to turn the clocks off - when you have two cabinets right next to each other, two clocks looks a bit strange. The ability to display only clock or only thermometer would also work. And the ability to dim the clock panel would be great - one clock is bright enough and two light up the whole bathroom! Overall beautiful and functional.

This is my second Decadom mirror. Originally bought & installed a 24in in my guest bathroom - bought the 48in for my main bathroom now. Love the glass shelves & mirrored interior. Super premium feel - solid metal & mirror, heavy duty hinges and great lighting. You will not be disappointed! Recommend a recessed mount - easy instillation.

This is a great mirror. Smart, stylish, and functional. We like it a lot, and it was worth the "splurge" to have the no fog mirror, the various lights, etc.When it was shipped to us, the mirror was damaged - fairly badly. The Decadom team was quick, responsive, and they simply made it right. We got a good, quality bathroom mirror, and notwithstanding some problems with how the shipper treated the mirror, the Decadom team was quick to make sure it was all as it shoudl be.
