I did have another brand of headphones - for years. They finally busted. I did get a lot of use from them. However, I remember it was a bit difficult - technically speaking - to set up. Now this set, very easy to connect /sync, etc. The headset is also a lot more sturdy than the flimsy set they replace. Good sound and a good range for walking all around the house. So far - so good.

I am hearing impaired at age 71. I found these headphones to have plenty of volume. So far they have functioned very well but I've only had them a couple of months. They were easy to put in the charging dock.

The best thing I can say, they work, as least on one of my TVs. One on of my TVs, all I got was some sort of clicking sound and no audio. Ended up being something to do with that specific TV and not the headphones. Connected the headphones to another TV (same brand just larger screen) and the worked immediately. Having hearing issues that produced an immediate improvement to my TV watching. I can control the volume of the headphones without impacting wifey which makes them worth the price. The do have some issues I have to deal with. They don't fit real well. Too big and I would like a tighter fit. Buttons are inconvenient and it REALY needs a mute button. It has an unused NA button. Would be great if this was a mute button. Overall, these headphones work and do what I needed but nothing more so I rate them right in the middle of the scale.

I liked the sound quality, no delay unlike my last set and I don’t need to link every time I use it
