The paste works well however the container arrived messy. Some of the paste had leaked out and it looked like it had been used before. I didn’t want to hassle with a return so I cleaned up the jar and used it without any issue. Love the quality and the final product it creates !

I was all excited to try this product on a YouTube recommendation. Bought it, tried it (and I'm no crafting slouch!) and all I can say is, "eh..." I'm not sure what it's supposed to be like fresh, but this batch was a sticky, mottled mass of gelatin. Tried it anyhow. What WOULD adhere to the wood darkened up in 2-3 minutes, but for fine detail, I wasn't impressed. It was like the lines 'bled' together - but only in the burning. instructions are vague and NO cleanup directions. I wasn't sure to use mineral spirits, acetone or just plain ol' water. Now I don't know what I've got nor any clue how to even make use of it. FAIL.UPDATE: TEEXPERT reached out to me to help. Their customer service was extremely helpful, imagined I got a bad batch, and sent me a replacement and made things right. Accolades to an expert customer service. AND apparently they were right, and the replacement product worked as described, like a charm. I wouldn't be happier with the product, the support and the whole experience. I would DEFINITELY highly recommend the wood burning gel and TEEXPERT as a vendor1

This stuff isn't the easiest to use, but it is also the first one I have ever tried. Willing to keep trying to use it to see if its me or the product.

I’m sorry but I can’t even give a 1 star, this stuff doesn’t work at all. When you put it on and use the heat gun all it does is bubble up and gets very brittle and doesn’t do anything to the wood.
