phone arrive in pristine condition no marks I use for couple days now ,looks funcioning perfectly fine no issues find happy with the phone .

S23 ultra 512gb ,12gb ram. Phone was delivered on time and in cardboard box with usb c lead and power charger. Condition is as new, no scratches or blemishes and was protected by bubble wrap. After charging phone (45w recommend for 2.0 fast charging speed) , downloaded new ui updates that include the new AI features. Easy enough to copy over apps from old samsung phone via usb c lead. The only apps I had to set up manually were WhatsApp, Line and Wechat that I use abroad. Great phone and features, still learning how to use s pen functionality. Price was very good for as new condition and would buy again from vendor. Camera's are excellent and video playback now has new AI slow mo capability. Very satisfied so far.

Came as described, in excellent condition. I was a bit skeptical as looking at previous reviews made me doubtful that this would come in such condition. Battery life's great. I will say there's a few tiny marks on the top and bottom. But they are barely noticeable at all. The screen and body are immaculate, Also to get it at this price in this condition is cheaper than other seller's.

After the Initial poor quality experienced via Amazon refurbished products, I had gathered courage to buy again but turned out to be worse.This was advertised as refurbished - excellent and attached images clearly prove it didn't match what was promised.The staff at Amazon service end made it even more difficult to share any feedback. Refused to listen or empathise, instead simply suggested I should stop buying refurbished from Amazon when I said Backmarket or Music Magpie have always been sound with what they commit. I am convinced never to purchase such items from Amazon as there aren't really any checks as yet to ensure items match the product description and quality is maintained. Very poor

I bought thus around two months ago and I was skeptical that this phone would be as good as it seemed. Most 512gb pristine condition s23 ultras are over 800 quid. I was so pleasantly surprised when it came and everything worked perfectly. Like there's not even any cosmetic damage and all the features work flawlessly. This is such a good deal and I'm very very impressed.
