Q: My right earpiece connects then just continually beeps. Bose site is useless.

Are you sure its charged? If only the left is charged it will show 100% on the app. Mine did the same, I figured even tough the white light is on as in charged fully, it actually wasn't, which led to right one losing battery hence the beeping. This issue is very easy to resolve and took me almost 1 year to figure out, no one on the internet will help you as they do not know the issue. Its simple and easy fix, one of the charging pins will be down, check closely at the pins in the charging case, simply just pull it up with a pair of tweezers. Fixed mine and has been good for months now.

Q: How bad is the lag when playing videos? does it only happens with iphone x? has this been solved on the last update?

Don't experience any lags regardless of media playing. IPhone 6S plus. Have you downloaded the Bose app, may be that may help, as I understand it updates firmware, that may be causing the issue. There fantastic headphones, especially in the gym.

Q: Can i fast charge case that comes with my headphones? i.e use my samsung's fast charger etc

I am not familiar with samsung fast charger but I can tell for sure that the case comes with charging cable and you can plug in any charger that has a usb slot. The case cannot be charged wirelessly.
