The media could not be loaded. I was struggling with the water since my tanks stays outdoors! I tried water changes daily but the water would turn back to green real quick. Long story short, I wasn't able to see my fish if they were more then 3 inches away front the front glass. I bought this UV light, and first I connected it to an extra water pump I have, I saw it started to have some effect, now I have it connected directly to the outtake from my canister filter. I believe it has been 3 week and the and the water now is Crystal clear. This is this is a good product!!

I was skeptical but after 2 years of trying to get the algae out of my koi pond I was almost ready to fill the hole back up with dirt. The water looked like green pea soup. After installing this uv light, the algae was gone in 2 days. I can’t believe how well it worked. The water isn’t clear yet, but there is no algae. Hopefully I can finally get some fish soon.

I purchased this uv light and about 6 months later I noticed my garage floor was wet. Found pin holes on stainless steel canister. Contacted seller and was given a 2nd one at no cost. 3 weeks later and the top has a pinhole hole and water on the floor again. Not for saltwater!

This product is perfect, easy to install, and it eliminates the green growth of algae in my pond. It took ten minutes to install, and solved my algae problem in two weeks. Absolutely clear water now has made my huge goldfish happy

With two map turtle it went from opaque green to this in three days, no water change. I cleaned out my filters, changed the media, upgraded to a fluval 407 and it went green in two days every time. Quicker after feeding. Put this in line and now clear as day, a great buy.

I got this as an ‘insurance policy’ against virus and bacteria for my tank. I run the water very slowly through the system and it definitely clarified the water in 24 hours. So seems to work. I will put it on a timer and run it 8 hours a day just to help purify the water.Set up was easy and I can’t really complain about anything.

I have 110 gal stock fish pond with a couple koi, a couple goldfish and about 20+ 2 month old tilapia and the water was very much like pea soup. Within 1.5 days we could already see a difference and by 5 days it was crystal clear just like we had a fresh water change. Would highly recommend this to anyone with similar sized pond with algae overgrowth.

Very disappointed in this it doesn't seal very well so it's always leaking I've tried several ways but it always leaks do not recommend this you won't be happy
