USB stick
I didn't like the small USB left out on its own, when I opened the box and wrapped everything I forgot about the USB and dumped it in the box, it's my fault I know but you could not attach it to the box or put it in with cables? I'm here now Christmas morning 2023 with no way of connecting my sons pc to the Internet😭😭it looks fantastic though and son is delighted with it but we just need to figure out how to make it work

Great after sales service
Purchased this pc recently and when we set it up there was an issue with the WiFi. On contacting Vibox via email, I had a quick response and instructions provided to attempt a fix (download new drivers). Whilst this didn’t fix the issue they were very quick to send out a new WiFi card which was received the very next. They also provided guidance on how to swap the parts over which avoided having to send the box back. My daughter is now up and running and loves her new pc and can’t believe how quick her Sims game is to play. Mind you her laptop was 3 years old and ready for the bin! And I did remind her that it’s not just for games and she can use it for doing her homework also :) Although we were initially disappointed it was very reassuring to know that Vibox back up their sales with a very good after sale service. I would highly recommend.

Couldn't build it cheaper if I tried. (First Gaming PC bought)
I spent a long time trying to work out if I would be cheaper buying separate components, given this is my first ever gaming PC I would say that I was hard pushed, in the end I would say I am very happy with my purchase, its fast, reliable (so far) and runs everything I want, which I intend to test later when Fallout 4 comes out!Only thing I will say is that there was a mix up with delivery dates between courier and supplier but it was revolved.Also I was scared at first by the running temperature of the GPU to begin with as I wasn't use to anything running at that heat, however after research I learned that the AMD graphics cards are better running at high temperatures so its all fine now.

Gaming PC for a twelve year old
very bad delivery service and the gaming PC for beginners very bad Value for money its best to buy the parts separate its cheaper then already made one I can get 560 pound Gaming PC for buying the parts separate as stated. Even for a upgrade, buying this is a downgrade for me.

Excellent customer service
Great customer service just got it upgraded to work with VR headset and have a very very happy 12 year old. Vibox were so patient and helpful. Good starter gaming PC has given him a chance to learn what it all does.
