Bought for nerve protection. Quality product at a good price. It is R lipoic acid which is more potent and effective and not combined with S lipoic acid which is synthetic and is not as beneficial. I have read that S lipoic acid will negate the effects of R lipoic acid so I would not purchase a combo of the natural and the synthetic R and S. I was looking for R lipoic Acid only.

Look, nothing will completely overwrite neuropathy in the hands and feet and make it go away. But this stuff, being R-alpha, seems to knock it back to tolerable. It needs a couple of weeks to work; don’t expect instant results. If you are on another brand, or a mixture of R and S, try this.

Good product, only have been taking since 12-16-22. Taking r-Alpha Lipoic Acid was Dr. recommended for my Neuropathy (not the s-Alpha Lipoic Synthetic Acid form, which the body has a hard time absorbing, also). I have nerve (Neurpathy) and probable circulation issues (especially in both legs/feet).I have Not seen allot of difference in my symptoms (a little) but could be because perhaps of my specific conditions/symptoms (as I wanted to mention)?I will probably continue longer in taking and see what happens (and make a decision from that, moving forward!).

Pain is still there.

My feet and knees like to burn as if someone put some hot metal to them… I’ve really suffered until I’ve tried this … it really really works… sometimes I’m talking only one, sometimes I need to take two, but oh boy it works…
