Hot Shot's Secret HSS16Z Stiction Eliminator, 16 fl. oz, Green

My 2000 Excursion hates when it's cold lately It has 246K miles and would run really rough till it warmed up, I put less then the recommended dose in as it is full of oil and only half way to the next change. It fired up like normal missing on a few injectors. Before I made it out of the neighborhood it had smoothed out all the injectors were firing as they should and it ran great. It was a short trip to the store and I cooled back off while I was inside, fired right back up and idled smoother then it has in a while. Not saying my injectors don't need replaced eventually, but this was amazing to say the least.

I think it's a good product. Has given me more MPG. Also engine feels smoother.

I have now used half of the bottle. Never had a problem with stiction or gunk, but had well over 100,000 miles on my car. Followed directions. Still no problems, as engine runs the way it always did. Power and fuel economy continue to be good. Will finish this bottle and, hopefully, keep driving for another 100,000.

I really appreciate this product and find it to be fairly priced. However, I did notice that my recent shipment arrived without a cap. Thankfully, the aluminum safety seal prevented any leaks or spills, but including a cap in future shipments would greatly enhance the overall experience. Thank you!

So here we go, 2005 Ford Excursion 6.0 3rd Gen. I put HSSSE in 3 days ago. In the mornings with a cold engine I would get a little sputter while running up thru 1 to 3rd. Now I'm getting heavy sputter with a good deal of "coal" smoke. Honestly, I think it's a good thing because it must be impacting the glaze in the injectors. (CLEAN THAT S**T OUT) Once she warms up, smooth as silk. Plus, after she sits for a while, I will get nominal sputter then clears up. As things progress I will update. Stay positive my friends.June 2nd - A little over a week now. I'm not getting the chug in the mornings like I used to before adding SE. However when I did add it - Like I said above, I was getting lot's of chug with smoke. I can honestly say that has all but disappeared, very little chug now. So with that in mind, I went out today and bought some Diesel Extreme to add to the fuel just in case I have some carbine build up on the injector needle. Now I have been using Lucas Fuel Treatment since I bought it back in 05. So I'm thinking they might not be that bad. I will update later with hopefully more good news. Oh, some stopped by while at the store and was wondering if I wanted to sell it. Happens more than I would like to admit. Not for sale / Not for Hire. I love my Rig.

I can't say enough good about this stuff! Before I put it in I had a slight miss in one of my Injectors on my 2001 F350 7.3L. I put in the whole bottle (two quarts) then completed the oil change with Ames Oil 15W-40 Max Duty. I also used the HotShots Diesel Treatment at the same time. I then drove it 1,600 miles to Arizona from Louisiana. The truck was amazingly quiet at idle. My friend who I cam to visit in Dallas Fort Worth, who drives a 03 Expedition asked, "What did you do to quiet that engine down so much, that think is quiet and sounds amazing?" I told him I used this on my last oil change and the HotShots Injector Diesel Treatment. He said I'm doing that too! I also saw an improvement on MPG at 70mph. It when from 13.1 to 14.7.
