I like the vitamins. They taste good & are really convenient. They also seem to be working. But they stain your teeth bright yellow! Please take caution about how you use them. Don’t let them sit in your mouth for too long as your teeth will stain. I made the mistake of placing one under my tongue & had to go to work with Halloween teeth.

Tasted awful. Texture and quality was awful, like putting a small sheet of plastic in your mouth.Didn't notice any effect and dreaded taking it. It is stored in a metal pink tin which I quite liked but that was all.
