I bought these garment bags in two sizes, 24" x 40" and 24" x 48". Both bag sizes were tough and well sealed against dust and (probably) moths. The zippers were plastic throughout, so they are not suitable for use as a travel garment bag, but they are good enough for seasonal changes for many years. The clothing hangers project through a small hold at the top of the bag, hangers are not supplied. The bags I used were as follows:- 24" x 40" - I bought this size for storage of dress shirts. The shirts were actually 32" long, but these 40" bags are the perfect size for these shirts. The bags are a touch short, I think the manufacturer is measuring from the top of the hanger rod to the bottom of the bag, not from the top of the bag. In any event, the 40" bag is a great choice for dress shirts. Note that a single bag can store 2 shirts (3 if you push the issue), with both shirts visible through the bag.-24" x 48" - I bought this size for storage of dress slacks. The slacks were actually 44" long and the 48" bag is a nice fit. As with the shirt bag measurement, the bags are a touch short, so buy a little longer than your actual slack length. A bag can hold a single pair of slacks. I did not use these bags to store sports jackets, but I would guess this bag would work for them.Upon first opening the bags' shipping container, there was a very slight "plasticy" odor, but this faded in less than an hour and was never noticed again. The cost is $3 - $4 per bag, which I thought was very reasonable for what I got.I am very satisfied with this product for their specified use and I would certainly buy them again.

The bags are sturdy enough storing your clothes and making sure the the clothes are kept clean. There are long and short sizes for different clothes lengths. They were large enough to accommodate heavy clothing. Not super sturdy but great for storage in a closet or a storage area.

Great garment bag for the money. Best served for closet storage and not for travel. I'm using it to better organize my limited clothes closet space and to better preserve items that I don't wear on a regular or daily basis -- ie, suits, jackets, dress shirts, seasonal items, etc. No frills and straightforward. From my experience, you can fit between 3-5 normal-sized garments into each bag. It is a bit of a snug fit for broader men's suit jackets, but it works. Can't comment on durability since I just got them, but I anticipate with minimal use (moving, zipping and unzipping, etc) the items should go the distance.

Good zipper & just see through enough to tell whats inside the garment bag without having to open it.

I don’t like to admit it, but I am a clothing hoarder, and due to the work I used to do I was in the office all the time so had to dress for that environment. I have a lot of clothing that is higher end and a lot of coats that needed protected from dust And dirt . these bags are extremely convenient and I was able to put at least five dresses or coats into each bag and zip the bags up successfully. These are great bags for protection of your clothing or coats. My closet is so organized and things that I have to store until I bring them out again I know we’ll stay in good shape and be protected against any element.

These are for my daughter's dance costumes and some of my long winter jackets. They worked well and are just what I was looking for.

They are pretty thin, but if you handle them carefully and just take things in and out of the closet, they can do the job. But if you need to use them on a regular basis, they will most likely tear. If you get some extras, you can always replace them. In the end they did the job I wanted to do.

I ordered these garment bags to put our coats and jackets in after discovering a mould problem in our wardrobes. I got the medium length bags, which are versatile for a range of coat, jacket clothing lengths and bulks. They are lightweight, but sturdy and well made (particularly for the price) for static storage with a very good zipper design. Each bag holds up to 3 coats/jackets and gives excellent protection from mould/mildew. The bags are perfect and probably best suited for closet/wardrobe storage I think. If you are looking for bags to carry around for travel, these are too lightweight and would probably not last very long.
