Too light. Cannot see the stretch sketch
If the stretching people were darker, it would be fine. Still too small, but fine. Can only see the stretchers on the BACK of the poster(where everything is backward), as it is just a print on plastic. Sending back because even on a dark background, you CANNOT SEE THE SKETCHES.

TOO SMALL!
This poster is too small. The writing is too small to be read from 2 feet away. The illustrations are too pale and barely recognizable. I do not recommend this product.

Mislabeled
I'm noticing the serratus anterior & biceps brachii are labeled wrong on the muscle chart immediately
