This keyboard is great because it comes with a mouse and a comfortable pad to rest your hands on while using the keyboard. It is really interesting because this keyboard isn’t a typical one and straight, this one curves which makes it easier to reach letters and just helps my hands from cramping. The keys have a great sound to them when you tap them, and the mouse fits well too.

Issues from the BeginningI purchased this Amazon Basics Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse Combo on January 10, 2025, and unfortunately, I’ve had problems with it from the very start.At first, I assumed the issues might be due to weak batteries or a connection problem. I replaced the batteries multiple times over the past few weeks, hoping it would help—but it didn’t.From day one, the keyboard was difficult to use. I had to press down hard on each key just to get it to register, and even then, there was a noticeable lag when typing. Simple shortcuts that I regularly use on my Mac desktop (like Command+C for copy or Command+V for paste) didn’t work at all. It became clear that something wasn’t right.A few weeks ago, I decided to try the combo with a different computer and replaced the batteries again. This time, I connected it to my Mac desktop in a different room. Today, I attempted to log in using the keyboard, and it wouldn’t type anything. It seems to have completely stopped working.I’m not sure if this keyboard and mouse combo is simply not compatible with Mac devices, or if I received a defective unit, but either way—it’s been a frustrating experience. I regret not returning it sooner and feel disappointed that I wasted my money.I typically trust Amazon Basics products, but this one missed the mark for me.

keyboard is very good the cushion is soft and comfortable the buttons are easy to type. Also the mouse that comes with it is soft smooth and easy to move around. The quality is very good i use it for work and i love it I recommend this keyboard for people who are on their computer all day!

I got this keyboard and mouse to use along with laptop while taking notes in tablet mode. I found it very annoying to have to flip the computer around to re-access the keyboard, and the on-screen touch screen keyboard was annoying to use. This has completely solved my problem and works flawlessly! The mouse is quick and responsive and allows me to change the speed setting by a simple click of a button on the mouse. The keyboard is quiet but has a nice tactile feel, and the ergonomics are great. I also like that both the mouse and keyboard will turn off automatically when not used for a while but turn back on once you click the mouse of a key on the keyboard.It's an Amazon Basics product that works exactly as needed!
