These do block out blue light, i use them before bed when I have to set alarms and go through my phone after ive already turned off the television for the evening. I have noticed they help me fall asleep much easier and have significantly reduced my eye strain. I am very glad I bought these and have suggested them to family and friends. They feel like decent quality glasses as well and come with nice cases.

Like these so far for morning driving after night shift so I can sleep easier. Blocks bright white light.

These are great. I have no way of testing it's ability to do what it says as far as blocking blue goes but it's quite dark so should be. Got compliments on these, looks pretty bad ass lol. Definitely comfortable and for all day wear.

This look good. We needed them to help our eyes while working on two computer screens. The tint is darker than expected and it took a few days of use to get use to it. Now we are using these glasses all the time when working. We ordered them and received them the next day. You need these too

These don't block out as wide of a part of the blue light spectrum as I need for maximum melatonin production, and I can feel it. I was wondering why I wouldn't get as drowsy and sleepy wearing these as I do with my other pair of other blue light blocking glasses that I paid more for. This caused me to do research on the topic and discover that my other pair block a wider part of the blue light "mn" spectrum than these Bloomoak ones, hence why I notice/feel the difference. If you're looking for something to help you with sleeping, do your research on what specific parts or ranges of the spectrum inhibit melatonin production, and buy from a brand that blocks those ranges.

I have very sensitive eyes and they getting tired very soon, after getting this glasses no eye strain, no pain, good sleep! Excellent product
