The package arrived yesterday evening and I started using them. The capsules look substantially smaller than Colpermin, but other than that I had no heartburn or other undesirable side effects so far.

I have been taking this since Jan 2016 and I can honestly say my ulcerated colitis seems a lot better the pains are not so frequent n the bloated stomach is not so bad. Very pleased with this product

Disappointed as use by date is 01/17 would not have bought 84 capsules. Take Apercap infrequently.

Not good
After having used Colpermin for a number of years was advised to try Apercap - they give you the most horrenduous indigestion even after 8 hours after taking them - poor substitute for Colpermin in my opinion

Can't really rave about a tablet but they do what they're supposed to and calm the digestive system down. Would definitely buy them again.
