I am super impressed. This actually has made a difference for me. I am very regular now and I feel full throughout the day. My husband even noticed that I push my plate away. Lost 5lbs in one month!! It's a keeper for me.

I followed the instructions and used this product for 3 months with zero noticeable results. And it's incredibly expensive. I threw the other 3 months' worth of product away. Waste of money in all ways.

This product isn't worth the price in my opinion. I am 2 and half months in of taking this and I've had some interesting things happen. The first couple of days it made my blood sugars bounce all around and I was dizzy alot. It went away. I do see some changes in my body, I have less back fat, and my stomach seam a little bit flatter. However I didn't lose any weight, maybe like 5 pounds at most if I did. I'm not sure I will buy this again.

Great product! Very helpful in losing weight and keeping it off!!

While I haven’t noticed any weight lose as of yet (it’s only been about a month), I have noticed less stomach issues and way less problems with my IBS. Will ad to review after my next bottle.

I didn't see the dramatic results that I saw when I first found this product. But after a few months yes took a couple months to in fact to start really noticing a difference you could see it was working.I did not notice any ill effects taking it which is good. As with many products I would usually get upset stomachs and with this one I did not.I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great for regularity, but have not seen any weight loss that the product stated.
