Fantastic company to deal with
Talked with the owners and they were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the product! After trouble shooting it seemed that the tank was ok and i needed a new membrane. The delivery was originally set for a week out, which was fine because the system hasnt worked since i bought this place.It arrived the next day! So cool. After work, i replaced all 4 filters and the membrane in about 45 minutes. Not a bad experience all things considered. Apparently, the filter needed to be changed, for sure! (As you can tell from the picture).I cant recommend this company enough!!!!

Fast shipping AND restrictor included!
I am pleasantly surprised at how fast this order was fulfilled - basically, it was order at the same time as I ordered my RO filters (which were prime items) and this membrane came at the exact same time.Initially, I had thought I had ordered an actual Ultima membrane, and had not thought to look closer at the picture. This is in fact, a Pentair membrane. Not a huge deal and there is no claim that this is an Ultima membrane, just not what I had expected.I was happy that the flow restrictor was indeed included. Although the cost of this membrane was slightly higher than other 24 gpd membranes, the fact that the flow restrictor was included made it a better deal in my mind (as I was planning on purchasing a restrictor anyway)I cannot attest to how good or long this will last, but so far looks like a perfect fit

The membrane was very easy to install and works perfectly.

Know when to change
Ordered the membrane filter after 3 years it needed changed . The filter came after the other filters I ordered the same day. It took about a week longer and came by mail. So don't be in a rush to change the filters. I changed the filters without any problems . It was much easier then I thought it would be.

Quick delivery and quality product.
Delivered quickly as were the set of filters I had previously ordered. Self installed this in an Ultima XI system, fit well and after a single flush (2 gallon tank) the water test showed 95%+ efficiency.
