How big are the individual counters?

Is there a way to get a replacement on the counters?

I don’t have the answer to that. The counters are well made so I don’t see a need for new ones.

Are these magnetic counters two-sided? Are they red on one side and yellow on the other?

No, these are two separate sets. One set is red the other is yellow. The back side is black magnetic.
