Faulty product Faulty After Sales service.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this PKT 400 kitchen scale because it's made in India by 100yr old weight scale manufacturer EKantawala..in December 2020. But within 45 days Kitchen scale upper part on which we measure weigh of things came off suddenly when I was measuring 6.5kg thing because of the low quality kitchen scale plastic material..So complained this to manufacturer they asked me to send by myself through courier at their service center located in Pune so I did the same...and after a long time they sent it back to me again ( in carelessness conditions of the machine..it was in On condition when I received) but didn't replace the product they just pasted the upper part with quick fix just like a Jugaad service..But from then machine upper part moves left and right and not giving precise valuation of anything. Again I complained them this but now they are ignoring neglecting my concerns. Rude Arrogant Mannerless Customer care personnel

Good scale for kitchen use. Recommended.
Good value for money. Same model may be available from other sellers at a cheaper rate but I preferred this one as it was probably the same stuff but rebranded for Eagle. It shows EAGLE on the LCD display when turned ON. As Eagle has implemented custom color casing and probably better Quality Control vs unbranded models, I preferred this one at an extra cost. It works well for the intended purpose of maintaining consistency in the recipies. Not so accurate below 10-20gms which is expected for a 10kg rated weighing scale. 10gms is 0.1% of Full Scale Reading. For measuring small quantities of salt, yeast, etc I use a precision scale with 200gms capacity. But for measuring flour, sugar, butter, water, rice, meats, etc, this one is very useful indeed. Just go for it. Plastic body may not take abuse very well but it is not delicate either.

Faulty product
Please refrain from purchasing this product, as it was delivered to me in used condition with numerous scratches. Why is this product listed on Amazon when it is faulty, wasting customers' time and offering no value for money?
