Q: Has anyone used this for cookies? I was recommended the Better Batter - but they sell like hotcakes and delivery won't be until after i need it.

I use this flour for all my baking needs. It tastes great. Doesn’t have that awful after taste some brands have. My family actually does not realize I’m baking with GF flour. 😊

Q: how much xanthan gum is in a 2 lb bag?

I don’t know how much xanthan gum is in each 2 pound bag but it is the last ingredient listed. There is a website to go to and a manufacturer’s telephone number to call on the back of the bag.
