well, 275/70r18 are rim18 you are trying to put on a 265/70/r16 Rim 16. so I would say no unless you change the rim as well.

What are you running stock 265/75/16? I think If ya tighten up your torsion bars a little bit they will clear but you’ll get some rubbing on tight turns I had les Schwab tires do a leveling kit for under 300 and they do fine
