Really good mid range phone for home use.

During calls the screen blackshout within 10 to 12 seconds and it will not be available for interaction with the screen..While playing videos, if stopped at middle and go to some other platform, when we come back to the same video,s screen with black but musically playing.Unfortunately the customer service is very very poor and Amazon wull not replace the itemSi easily and advisors to visit customer's Samsung service centres.When I visited the centre customer care executive told that the it's a mistake of the software loaded to the phone and this software has to be reloaded and if software is reloaded, all the data and apps will be errased.Andy Ham bhi device Samsung GalaxyA15 .Even after going to service centres twice and reloading the software, the phone doesn't work properly. Links emails and messages cannot be opened even today.This is the worst phone I ever come across amd I will never advise any Samsung brand phones to my friends and relatives.

No Lag, decent processsor and RAM provided for normal people use like browsing, watching videos, using social media, taking photos, checking mails or joining video conference etc. unless heavy gaming or professional testing.Great battery backup due to AMOLED screen.You also get a Crystal and Loud Audio.5G network on both SIMs gives you the required bandwidth to stay seamlessly connected what else is needed at this price range.Phone looks are quite premium.And no heating issue observed.What I like about the phone is it's also little wider not just long like most of the phone nowadays for eg. M34 series.Only negative point: Charger adapter is not provided like most of the phones you only get PD Cable (C to C) and no 3.5 mm audio jack included.

I bought this phone replacing my M30s and by heavens was I disappointed.The features are identical. I mean no major improvements over the M30s other tha the network......that is, from 4g to 5g. Other than that in each and every aspect this device falls flat on it's face. I have an M31 as well and comparing the prices I was surprised at how bad this phone is compared to the two I mentioned hereinbefore.First of all coming to the camera......the M30s had a 48mp triple camera setting while the M31 had a 64 mp quad camera.....with 4k video recording! While this one has a measly 50mp pathetic camera with maximum FHD video recording capability and believe me, the quality is horrendous. I really don't know what the hell is happening to Samsung phones.....My M31 has a 32 mp selfie camera while the latest S24, their premium flagship phone has a 10mp selfie camera!!! How??? I am not going to replace my old phone for a long time with newer Samsung mid range devices........
