I purchased these for kids paddling pool . I erected their pool , and it was up for about 6 weeks . Water did not turn smelly but apparently these tablets do turn water slightly yellow . (that's the kids excuse anyway.)

The chlorine tablets are fine, chlorine is chlorine, and the floater is cheap but it works. The biggest problem are the strips, they are terrible. We got a new spa and following the indications of the strips we were raising the ph level daily, it always showed too little ph and chlorine as perfect.The pool started to go green and slimy with a brown froth on the surface which was every indication of a high ph and low chlorine but the strips said it was perfect. I ordered the clear water strips to make sure if the readings and as you can see in images, it said the exact opposite that my ph was way too high and that my chlorine was almost zero. I then got a third set of strips on Amazon, nuoshen 3 in 1 just to confirm the accuracy of clear waters strips and it was exactly the same way,too high ph and almost zero chlorine.As you can see in the image the Premier Blue strip on left showed very low ph and good chlorine levels but in reality was dangerously high ph and no chlorine. I wasted so much ph up and over a week of trying to figure out why my water was green and slimy and all along it was these terrible strip's fault.
