This is an essential component of every weight loss regimen.

I recently ran out of my normal brand of Chromium capsules when I ran into these. I researched Bulk Supplements. I found that they've been around for years and have a good reputation in the supplement industry.These Chromium GTF capsules worked just as good as they prior brand I was using. And I found that the GTF version absorbs much better than chromium picolinate (what I was previously using) or chromium chloride. And they cost a lot less then most brand name competitors.

I have been taking these for awhile now and do not know if these supplements are working. They are easy to take and have no smell, will update if I notice any changes.

Chromium may help regulate blood sugar so I try to take it everyday. The recommended dose is 1 capsule and they are easy to add to my daily supplement routine. These capsules are small and easy to swallow. They are odorless and flavorless. The bottle is a great value as it is enough capsules to take 1 a day for a year! I love the set-it-and-forget it mentality.I will point out that these capsules are made of bovine gelatin so they are not a good fit for vegetarians and vegans.

I take chromium daily, and these are excellent quality. Very easily absorbed. The only drawback is that my bottle doesn't have an expiration date, so I'm deducting one star.

No where did it say ingredients was rice,bovine gelatine. I cannot take . Be transparent.
