This product includes all the pieces for installation, including the valve. The lifetime warranty does apply to this product, which is phenomenal. I do recommend you register your product on deltafaucet.com. It makes the process easier.This product has a beautiful and sleek design, it’s sturdy and you can tell it’s a high quality built. Classic Look and Great Price
This shower hardware looks really nice. It is an amazing price compared to other places you can get it. I saw this same set retailing for much more on other websites. It seems easy to install, although I haven’t tried to do that yet. All of the parts were included. I like the minimalist look. Very impressed!

Hand held doesn’t work
My contractor installed everything and then realized the hand held shower head is not functioning properly. Apparently this can mean an additional part is needed and no where does it indicate what this specific part is. At this point it’s a pointless feature and just a pointless expense. Don’t buy delta! I heard this is a problem with many of their multi shower head fixtures.

Love the hand held option!
My husband and I were indecisive about the rain shower head. He wanted, I didn’t! I don’t wash my hair daily and a rain shower doesn’t really differentiate between wash or non-hair-wash days. So we found this 2 in 1 set up. I asked my plumber to put it at a weight where the handheld wand sits right above my shoulder so I can do body wash without affecting my hair! But when I want to turn on spa mode, I switch to rain shower and I feel like I’m in a villa in Tulum! The hose I thought was good flexible quality unlike some of the other reviews who say it’s “cheap”. I didn’t think so at all.

Seems ok so far
The handheld didn’t work at first. The Delta parts come from China. Nothing made in US anymore. The plumber finally got it to work.

Delta shower head
The media could not be loaded. Delta engineers their products so a customer can change certain trim pieces out. The install was easy to understand. I plumbed mine from the studs
