I bought these packets for a long 20+ hour flight to India and decided to "do the science" on if they actually worked. Although I was a bit skeptical, I'm happy to report that they made jet lag way less intense and helped with immunity and overall feeling better on the flight and after. My husband and I both noticed a huge difference with taking these. I'll purchase this product for all international flights going forward. All you do is pour 1 packet into a water bottle with about 10 oz of cold water and shake it and drink up. I did a packet every 12 hours, so 2 total on my flight. The taste isn't great, but okay and if you think of it as medicine it's fine. I'd highly recommend-- worth every penny to feel better on vacation!

I have been using this product now for about 4 months. Out of all the jet lag type products I have tried I like it the best. It really works well and I travel a lot crossing time zones. I also realised that I have not had so much as a sniffle. It helps with digestion and really helps manage my jet lag. I even drink it at home as a pick me up. Well worth the money. I enjoy the taste and appreciate it had no fake sweet taste or nasty after taste.

These are great for travel, especially when you are going somewhere with a significant time change. Not only do they have essential vitamins to help boost your immune system to avoid getting sick but they also help with energy, especially during those overnight flights! I always pack a few in my bag and mix it with my water bottle as soon as I land to help feel more revitalized and ready to explore wherever I traveled to!

As a frequent flier I found this product to keep on hand and use for all of my trips. Traveling can cause fatigue and this product works to boost energy levels, aid hydration, sleep, improve mood and taste great. You can tell this is a better made product compared to others hydration supplements. Highly recommend for all travelers no matter if they are traveling near or far.

Taste delicious. Used it for work outs and work, not just for jet lag

Took this powder on a trip overseas. Took one on the flights coming and going as well as once I landed. It really helped! It helped with jet lag and settle my finicky stomach. Only thing I don’t love it the taste, well aftertaste: it’s pleasant and then medicinal. I still think it’s worth it and would use again.

If you get sick easily while traveling, this product is for you. It's not the best tasting nor the worst tasting drink. It dissolve easily. This has all the vitamins needed to protect your immune system. They are also easy to carry.

Drank one of these before and after two transatlantic flights and experienced no jet lag. I was shocked!
