I fill a pillbox on Sunday with this plus several other vit. Its easier to travel this way rather than take all the bottles. This product has worked well with out problems, and this Q-10 product fits in pillbox well, and doesn't crumble or deteriorate when traveling.

I recently had to start statins for my cholesterol, but was having some weird stuff going on with my muscles (which after Googling it, seems like a normal side effect). But it was so uncomfortable, I did more research, and the Mayo Clinic website suggested CQ10 as something that could help. IT HELPED! I no long have muscle issues. Hooray!

Depending on the price you pay at the time it may or may not be a good deal. I can get from their website at a lower cost sometime. I have been taking after I researched natural remedies for high blood pressure because I did not want to take a prescription and this works. I did have to adjust the amount to more than what the dosage is to get mine I check. I can tell if I miss a few days by the headache that alerts me. I try to keep it in stock and take daily. They work for me.

Puritan Pride been around for ever. There are so many phoney herbals, etc coming in from China you dont know what you are getting when price seems too cheap. Im really old and have used Puritan since I was young, never been disappointed and they take their customers comments seriously.
