Product arrived safe and sound.I was a bit skeptical at first but i started this product after a night out and physically felt this stuff hit hard. Like going for a sauna followed by an ice cold shower. It was a wake up call that instantly took the 'hangover' away.I figured it had to be a coincidence. But then ive also had many sleepless nights and going to work shattered. Sure enough after taking this i was wired with focus and ready for anything.Not gonna lie. The stuff is just nasty. First of all its a fight to get it out the tub. Then theres the taste... This was very off-putting. But seriously, dont give up.After taking it i no longer taste it so bad. You get used to it. I have it in coffee or tea and its fine.It also helps to pre-warm the tub a little...I genuinely feel its doing something good in there. So much so that ive already ordered a second tub. In the last 2-3 weeks i have even dropped 6kg in unwanted weight gain - i dont even have a gym membership and i feel better!I had also ordered some additional suppliments. In the months to come ill know if its been worth it but my first impression of the other stuff is i wouldnt have bothered taking them had i not ordered a years worth. Shilajit seems to be doing all the work. I dont feel any changes when i take the other suppliments.I'll keep taking each day and see if, in 1-2 months, i feel a major difference.The short answer is yes - 100% worth it!

Unfortunately very strong taste and smell, I cannot force myself to drink it with anything. I can’t say anything about how this is working.

This is a thick sticky substance, tastes like a smokey flavoured drink & reminds me of trekking in the Himalayas. Delicious with coffee, I prefer it with hot water only as I love the taste and it's a change from coffee or tea. Gives me loads of extra energy too and I find this energy keeps me going throughout the day. Rich in essential trace minerals along with many other benefits, this delicious drink is a mainstay for me.

This is the second time I have tried Shilajit and the first time using this brand sacred summit: my experience is that sacred summit is by far a superior product the taste is something between road tar and pen ink which is totally different to my first experience which tasted much more like mouldy marmite. I’d recommend sacred summit the shilajit is packed well and the measuring tool works much better than the little sticks I have been provided with first time around. I will put a further review after I have been taking the product for a few more weeks but so far so good increased energy and productivity in the gym
