Great price for a great E bike!!
My husband bought me the white one for my birthday and he liked it so much, we bought a black one for him! We ride more occasionally so didn't make sense to pay thousands for an E bike we don't use enough. This price point still gave us good looking bike with plenty of power to go on leisurely trail bike rides with the family! Bike is heavier of course but I like the option to use manual when I want to get in some leg exercise and use the throttle on hills when I need a little help!:) Great purchase!!

Awesome bike!
Awesome bike. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. It was easy to assemble and the ride on it was great. Also I especially liked the horn. Was glad to see it wasn't one of these little tinker bell that know one could hear. Keep up the good work. So glad I bought one.

Great bike for casual rides with a kid trailer attached
My husband and I have two of these (different colors), and they are great for the price! I'm 5'6" and about 190lbs (pregnant), and my husband is about 6'1", 210lbs, and we're both fairly comfortable on this bike.Additionally, my husband's bike was delivered with a broken light, and the company had no problem replacing it very quickly- great customer service! We live in northern Colorado, so we are in a bike-friendly area, but that means sometimes there are hills on our paths that are a little steeper than we have the ability to climb while also pulling a kids' trailer behind us and me being pregnant. We've been for a few rides that are 10-15 miles+ (again, with the trailer); with the pedal assist set at 1 or 2 intermittently, and sometimes even full throttle to get up the beastly hills, the battery barely dropped a bar at the end of the ride. What we've kind of observed: pedal assist 1 caps at about 10 mph, pedal assist 2 caps at about 15 mph, and 3 caps about 20 mph. The throttle does a pretty consistent job getting to 20mph.

Great bike, poor manual
This is my first E bike. I ride a mountain bike every day for exercise so this E bike was my fun bike and for fishing.Assembly: it went together fairly well. The rear reflector did NOT fit the seat post, it was a little to large. I had to wrap tape around the post to get a tight fit. As an engineer I have written a few technical manuals and this manual is poorly done. The details on some of the assembly could have been much better. The manual says to push and hold the power button to turn on the bike. They show the symbol for the power button as a typical power symbol. I looked everywhere for it. Does not exist because the power button is marked with a M. The manual show the display and the M button but never says it’s the power button. Then on the next page is the instructions for turning on the power where they show the wrong symbol. No excuse for an error like this.Operation. There is a safety issue with the manual/bike in my opinion. No where in manual do they tell you about the throttle or the shifter. I did not know the throttle is built the right hand grip. When I first turned on the bike I was moving the bike and grabbed the handle bars and I spun the throttle and the bike almost rammed my car. That’s when I figured out where the throttle was and how it worked. Please fix your manual and show this in the manual!!!’Riding: bike rides very smooth and it was really fun to use. Throttle acceleration was very good and responsive. Shifter worked well. Overall a very nice ride. The peddle assist (PAS modes ) is poor. I can’t see they are useful at all. In any of the three modes the motor gives so much assist your not doing much pedaling effort and you quickly hit max speed. So I only use throttle mode which works well.Overall I think the ride and handling is very good. I use it on both a paved trail and mostly level dirt trails with no issues.Update: after 2 months and 300 miles I think the bike is great. Battery last long enough between charges. I did have one issue in the first week. The front tire came loose and almost fell off during a ride. The hub lever was completely loose and I specifically made it very tight during assembly due to other reviews. So there is something giving slack in the front hub. After tightening it again it has not come loose.

Arrived with bent rim
The media could not be loaded. The front rim arrived bent, as you see at the first ride the front rim severely wobbles when riding. The return is impossible, as the buyer I'm responsible for re-boxing it & paying for the return. Not cool. A different front rim would solve this. I shouldn't have the burden of a defective part. I'm frustrated.

This is a good bike for the money
Got this a couple months ago and I have already put almost 300 miles on it. It's pretty good. I've noticed when the battery gets below half It's doesn't perform quite as good as when the battery is full, but that's not a deal breaker. The tires were ok. I rode them for about 125 miles before I bought some nice Crossroad Armadillo puncture proof tires with some puncture resilient tubes. Now it handles much better overall. The tires that came with it always felt squishy. There are maintenance videos on YouTube for this specific bike that show how to replace many components so check those out.Sometimes the chain pops off if I get a tiny bit of air. I'm not trying to ride that way but it happens sometimes and I have to stop and put the chain back on.I'm not a commuter but this bike would be great for light shopping and getting around locally, if no one steals it. I ride about 50 miles every other weekend and occasionally 5-10 miles a couple days during the week. The battery is decent. I mostly ride in pedal assist 1. I did change the top speed from 20 to 25mph. I get it up there occasionally using the throttle which works quite well.I love the addition of the light and horn and both work great. The gear Shifter isn't an issue either and works smoothly. It will probably replace the brake pads as I have already had to adjust them as the bike wasn't stopping as well. All in all, this is a great first ebike if you're willing to put a bit of money into it as you go. I'd definirely recommend a tire upgrade.
